Casa Blue is ideal spot for boating and beaching and family relaxation. This home is a one story brick ranch located in Masonboro about 5 mins. from the Intracoastal Waterway and just 10 mins. to Carolina Beach and about 20 mins. to Wrightsville Beach. There is a public access boat ramp about 10 mins. away at Trails end and another on the north end of Pleasure Island. Our home has a sizable driveway and a boat shed in the backyard so you can park your boat under shelter if you like.

This home has three bedrooms (one queen, one full, and two twin beds - sleeps six) and two bathrooms with adjoining walk in shower, a enormous open living room and dining area, an ample kitchen and a screened in back porch. There's also an outside shower for after beach wash offs and the home is conveniently located within walking distance of Monkey Junction shopping, dining and entertainment!
