The coolest place in town to sit on your private deck on the Intracostal Waterway and watch it all! First floor unit with steps to your deck as well as an elevator entrance. Steps away from Southport Marina, the historic riverwalk and gazebo, and just a 5 min walk to all of Southport's waterfront eateries and historic downtown stores and eateries. Everything is supplied - linens, towels, paper products, etc. All you have to do is walk in and appreciate Vacation Mode! No hidden or cleaning costs - it's all supplied in the price.

Unit #5 features 1 bedroom with a king size bed, 1 bathroom, kitchenette with modest refrigerator, sink, microwave, toaster oven, and Keurig coffeemaker. A private deck on the waterfront with a great view of the Intracoastal Waterway and the activity at Southport Marina. Two Beach Cruiser bicycles are included for you to discover all that Southport has to offer.

Unit is located within 5 min walking distance of waterfront and downtown eateries. Stroll or bicycle along the yacht basin to see shrimp boats and have meals or beverages at Provision Company, Fishy Fish, and more! Walk downtown to savor the stores, visit the Maritime Museum, or visit the city pier and do some fishing. The Southport historic Riverwalk and Gazebo is located directly across from the condo with a gazebo over the water for striking vistas of Oak Island Lighthouse, Bald Head Lighthouse, the Cape Fear River and Intracoastal Waterway.
