This Oceanfront, well equipped and sensational home offers 3400 square feet of living space with 6 bedrooms with 6 1/2 baths, and an extra family room for lounging and watching TV on the top floor.

The Main Floor(2nd) offers an spacious open floor plan with the living space, dining, kitchen with breakfast bar, and a guest bathroom(half bath)(6 1/2ba). There is a master suite on this floor with a king bed(br1) and en suite(ba1) with a large walk-in shower. Dining area has large space with seating for up to 14 people. Retire to the comfy living room to mull over the events of the day with inspiring views of the ocean and a wall of windows. There is also a wet bar in this space.

The Top floor(3rd) has 3 bedrooms with private baths. Offering a King bedroom(br2) with En Suite(ba2) with whirlpool tub and large walk-in shower, and access to the private oceanfront sun deck with offer spectacular views of the beautiful Atlantic Ocean.  There are 2 other bedrooms on the street side, one with 2 Queens(br3), and private bath(street side)(ba3).  This is a  Queen Bedroom(br4) and en suite(ba4) as well. This floor also offers a family space with a TV for lounging and watching TV.  

Ground Floor features single car garage, a Queen Bedroom(br5) with a private bath(ba5), the 6th bedroom has 2 twin beds(br6), a daybed and a bath(ba6) just outside this bedroom. 

Dave's beach house offers the best of both worlds: a quiet, beach front house and historic Wilmington is just a half hour away. Large oceanfront partially covered deck off massive living space, TV's in each bedroom ... Free WiFi access, 4 bedrooms with en suites

*Linens and Towels: To help keep the cost down for our guests, this property gives you the option to either bring your own linens and towels or rent them. If you would like to rent the linens, you can select linen sets, a la carte, for $34 plus tax per bed, at check out or when booking with a reservationist. Each linen set includes a fitted sheet, flat sheet, 2 pillowcases, bath towels and with every order a kitchen pack. This way you can choose which beds you want linens for and are not paying for linens you do not need.   

Pleasure Island Pet Ordinances: 

Leashed Dogs are allowed from October 1st- March 31st at any time of the day. April 1st- September 30th dogs are allowed from 5pm- 9am only. Dogs are not allowed on the beach 9am- 5pm. Dogs are not allowed on furniture & must be crated if left alone- see AREA GUIDE>DOG FRIENDLY INFO on this site for more info.

Non-smoking, security deposit applies, Saturday turn day during Summer...linens/towels/paper/ plastic & soaps not included.
