SPECTACULAR VIEWS AWAIT YOU AT THIS BEAUTIFULLY decorated lower level duplex in Carolina Beach, complete with an open floor plan. Condo includes 4 bedrooms, 3 full baths each with double sinks. Located just a 15 minute walk to the boardwalk area, or a 5 minute walk to the pier on the North End. The updated interior will not disappoint you. You can rent Summer Song Deluxe to include the whole house for a total of 9 bedrooms & 7 bathrooms. There are 2 King Bedrooms, one of which is a master with En Suite, the 3rd Bedroom is a Queen and the 4th Bedroom has a Bunk over Trundle and another bunk bed.

We loved the location & size of the Summer Song 1 property. Had a wonderful vacation and excellent experience with Victory Vacations. Had a slight problem with draining of a tub but after a call to VBV only one hour later the problem was fixed by your contractor. So impressed this happened so quickly for us.

I am in love with this house!!! OMG! So open and bright! Layout is perfect! Living room has 3 nice large comfy couches and 2 chairs! Big tv ! Kitchen is great! Bedrooms and baths are great! So peaceful!!! Plus I can’t say enough about Victory Beach Rental!!! Great to work with and super easy!!!! We WILL be coming back here!!!!!!

We loved the location of the property, layout, decor, covered deck and the outdoor shower. Perfect for a relaxing beach vacation! The kitchen was very functional, would just suggest larger frying pans and few more knives for cooking. Beds were all very comfortable and separate bedrooms gave our family plenty of room to spread out. The elevator was a plus for ease of luggage transportation and we liked the covered parking. Would definitely like to stay here again! Thank you for a fun, relaxing vacation even in these Covid/pandemic times!

There is nothing negative about this property. It was wonderful. I do think it should be mentioned that there is a Keurig because I had taken mine. The pillows were even the nicest that I have found in a rental. Everything was just above expectations.

We enjoyed our stay at Song of the South 1. The furnishing were very nice and comfortable and the elevator was a great bonus since one of our family members had recently had knee surgery.
Our only negative would be the condition of the pots and pans. The non stick surface in most of the pans was very scratched and worn.

This was a great property. The inside was well done - very nice. The elevator was great to bring all our luggage and such up - made it easy to unload and load the car. The 'dock' if you will - that went out to the beach made getting to and from the beach a snap.
