Escape to paradise while vacationing at 'Breezes at SeaView', where you can spend time with the people who truly matter to you! This lovely upscale townhome can comfortably accommodate you and your loved ones for your long awaited vacation. The townhomes’ unique covered porches provide you with wonderful ocean views while at the same time letting you capture the coastal breezes.  Unquestionably a marvelously outfitted home ideal for your family vacation, also affords a great location near the Kure Beach Pier.

The first floor which is ground level features a King(br1) Master with En Suite, and walk-in Shower. Sliders walk out to back yard. The Laundry Room with a full sized Washer & Dryer is located on this floor, as well as a 1-car garage and parking up to additional 3 cars in the driveway. There are 3 bedrooms that have been beautifully decorated on the 2nd floor of this townhouse. The first bedroom has a King(br2) Bed, Ceiling Fan, and 32”TV with a beautiful En Suite showcasing a gorgeous walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen(br3) bed, and the 3rd Bedroom has 2 Double(br4) Beds. They share a bath with a tub/shower combo. Each of these bedrooms has Ceiling Fans and 24” TV’s. All TV's equipped with the Select TV Plan through Spectrum TV.

The spacious 3rd floor affords a marvelous family area offering comfortable seating with a large 56” Flat Screen TV. Sliders access the front porch where you can rock away all of your cares while experiencing the relaxing breezes and views of the ocean. You will enjoy the fully stocked and beautifully appointed kitchen space. The Dining Space has seating for 6 with 4 stools at the Breakfast Bar which is perfect for children to linger and enjoy snacks before moving on to their next adventure. Keurig type & Drip type coffee makers for the coffee lovers in your family.

With all that said, the public beach access is just a short minute walk away, you may also enjoy a cool dip in the community courtyard pool after a day at the beach.

Each linen set includes a fitted sheet, flat sheet, 2 pillowcases, bath towels and with every order a kitchen pack. This way you can choose which beds you want linens for and are not paying for linens you do not need.

Victory Beach Vacations staff was pleasant, prompt and professional. The property was as advertised. It had been well maintained. Nicely decorated. The kitchen was well stocked with a variety of sizes of pots, pans, dishes and utensils. Plenty of space for 6 adults and three kids. On a Friday, after 5:00 pm, the air conditioning went out on the 3rd floor. Left a voicemail concerning the issue. Less than 30 mins we had a return call explaining service/repair would be there in a couple hrs due to other calls ahead of ours. Service/ repair was there under the two hrs and had the air back on in 15 mins. We enjoyed our stay at this property. Would definitely book with Victory Beach Vacations again.

Very clean and nicely decorated. Had ample sitting and dining areas for the nine of us. Loved the property and the location was great. We gave up beachfront to have access to a pool and it was wonderful for the grandchildren!

We loved our stay at Breezes at SeaView! The home was beautiful and well kept. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals (except a spaghetti utensil but we got creative with tongs!).

Great experience. Simple check in and check out. Rental was very nice and clean. A bit more details on what the unit has for the guests would be helpful and would have saved us having to lug unnecessary things with us like beach chairs, pales, etc.
