OCEANFRONT 3BR/3BA GREAT HOLIDAY HOME – IDEAL LOCATION-BEAUTIFUL BEACH

Location: Tidemaster 205, Sea Drive area, North Myrtle Beach, SC.

This beach is one of the peerless on the Splendid Strand! It is very wide and charmingly maintained; just right for walking, cycling, running, and inviting. There are no above-ground storm drains on this section of the beach. The city of North Myrtle Beach has newly greatly improved this section of Sea Drive with repaving and new street lights. The phone poles & above-ground wires are gone!

Accommodations: Condo 3BR/3BA. Sleeps 6. Approximately 1500 sq’

Our condo home is a 3 bedroom/ 3 bath unit located in the Sea Drive section of North Myrtle Beach, The unit includes tile floors and area rugs all over with new appliances, including a washer/dryer. Its unique décor reflects our considerable travels and adore of the sea and sailing. The kitchen is thoroughly supplied, and has pretty tile countertops and backsplash.

The living room is furbished with a leather couch and matching loveseat and a leather recliner chair.

The second bedroom has a queen size bed and a computer/writing desk.

The third bedroom has a king size bed.

Each bedroom has its own bathroom and closet.

The second floor location accepts you to relish vistas of the beach and sea from the living/dining area, kitchen, and master bedroom. There is a balcony adorned with a chaise lounge and two calming chairs. The balcony is accessed from the living area and the master bedroom.

Conveniences include: 37” High definition LCD TV in the living room and 26” High Definition LCD TV in the master bedroom. The second and third bedrooms have cable flat panel 26” LCD TV’s. There are also 3 DVD players constructed into the TV’s in the living area, master bedroom, and third bedroom. We also offer additional beach chairs, fishing rods, beach toys, books, and magazines for you to relish.

The Tidemaster building is located in the heart of Sea Drive in North Myrtle Beach. We are within walking distance of all city events and the famed shagging places on handsome Main Street. Within five mins. by car, you will find striking eateries, shopping, golf courses, and live shows.

The building includes a newly referbished upsized swimming pool with an automated chlorine generator. There is also a children’s pool. An outdoor area for grilling is available. The Tidemaster has just undergone renovations on the entire building including two new high speed elevators (completion date 04/2010), repaved parking tons (02/2009), new outdoor lighting, and secured elevator entry (you need a code). Our building has only 54 units, so the two elevators give efficient service. The grounds are freshly landscaped. Free Wi-Fi internet access is supplied by Connect Freely. Our homeowners’ association and management company work very hard to make our building a source of pride. Act quickly to reserve the week you want! We look forward to sharing our home with you!
