THE LOCATION
Holden Beach NC is the ideal spot to appreciate a coastal vacation. With its white, sandy beaches and beautiful sunsets, it is no surprise that Holden was voted one of America’s top 10 family beaches. Being oceanfront, you have gorgeous vistas from both front and back decks on both levels. It’s a short walk to the eateries, bars, and stores and steps away from the sand with your own private board walk! Endless Summer is located right next door to her twin, "Isle Oasis" which offers the same amenities and features.
PROPERTY DETAILS
This property comes entirely supplied with all the amenities you will need to have a comforting and calming vacation. Conveniences begin with covered parking and lighting for up to 6 cars. There is a private pool, tiki bar and outdoor shower. Intelligent TVs are located in every bedroom and in the main living areas on both floors. The first floor has a pool table and wet bar, and the second floor also has a huge open living area and a convenient wet bar. This home is very roomy and the elevator goes to all floors. All Stellar Beach units include bed and bath linens for all stays. This home has keyless entry. To make your stay with us feel a little more like home, this property includes a propane gas grille. Additionally, this home comes with six (6) beach chairs for you and your event to utilize at your leisure.

CANCELLATION POLICY
You may cancel any reservation and receive a full refund of all amounts paid if you notify Stellar Beach in writing (by e-mail or letter) of your intention to cancel the reservation at least ninety (90) days prior to the check-in date. In the event that you cancel your reservation within ninety (90) days of your check-in date, for any or no reason, (including the failure to pay the final payment due 90 days before the stay), including inclement weather, you shall not be eligible for a refund of any payments made to Stellar Beach.

We offer Standard Trip Insurance which covers you 100% of Trip Cost up to $100,000 if your cancellation reasons fall within the 30+ standard cancellation reasons. The cost of Standard Trip Insurance is 7% of the total booking price. Standard Trip Insurance can be purchased up to 30 days before your stay.
We offer Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR) Trip Insurance which covers you 100% of Trip Cost up to $100,000 if your cancellation reasons fall within the 30+ standard cancellation reasons (listed above) and 60% reimbursement if your cancellation reason does not fall within the 30+ standard cancellation reasons. The cost of CFAR Trip Insurance is 10.8% of the total booking price. CFAR Trip Insurance can only be purchased in the period of two weeks after your booking has been made and only if check-in is more than 30 days out.
