The first level features a pretty open floor plan with a enormous living and dining area overlooking the gorgeous Atlantic Ocean. A spectacular gourmet kitchen is very well outfitted and invites family and friends to gather around the sizable bar area including a wine chiller, as well as in a enchanting dining area, which seats 14-16 people comfortably.
