About the Area

Located in Wilmington, this apartment is in a rural area and near the beach. The Cotton Exchange and Mayfaire Town Center are worth checking out if shopping is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Halyburton Park and Carolina Beach State Park. Odysea Surf and Kiteboard School and Tregembo Animal Park are also worth visiting.

Finding the best rental home value:

  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in Wilmington. To book the most suitable rental home within your budget, we highly recommend reserving in the Fall or Spring shoulder seasons. You'll enjoy lower rates, better selection, beautiful weather and the absence of giant crowds at local restaurants, tours, and activities. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to book an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during the high season.
  • In the Wrightsville Beach area, The earlier you can reserve a home, the better your selection will be. The most desirable rental homes are reserved early. Booking your vacation property 6-12 months before your vacation is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to search for and book your rental home.
