The open floor plan accepts ample space to savor the condo amenities from any room. Adjoining dining/kitchen and living areas open to a huge wrap-around deck with two huge sets of sliding glass doors. Unwind on the deck after a day of golf or beach activity and take in the breathtaking view of the golf course and natural surroundings. The kitchen is entirely-equipped and has an adjacent dining area with a table for four. Additional seating for four is available at the raised kitchen bar. The condo has high speed wireless Internet and three TVs. The living room has a sizable screen 48” intelligent TV with Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu and more. There are two bedrooms and two full baths. Each bedroom is equipped with 2 Full beds, T.V. and access to adjoining baths. The front bedroom also has a private screened porch area with sliding glass door access. The condo has central heat & air, along with a enormous ceiling fan in the central area for comfort in every season. The laundry room has a full-sized washer and dryer available for guest use.

Who wouldn't love a holiday on the coast? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with loved ones at the beach.
  • Book your rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules usually become available a year in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many families book their Summer vacation rentals during Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Eve gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.
