Located in handsome Carolina Beach, this beautiful oceanfront property features a heated saltwater pool that lights up at nighttime, private beach access with shower, two elevators and parking for 8 cars.Waves & Sun encompasses both sides of the duplex -- the southern side, Permanent Waves (vrbo #4210037) and the northern side, Our Place in the Sun (vrbo #286589)-- and has 10 bedrooms with 8 full bathrooms and 2 half baths. Each side is a mirror image of the other with water vistas from nearly every room. This property is ideal for huge family gatherings!!The owners use the properties throughout the year so it is fresh with all the amenities of home. In an effort to keep the property in top shape for all of our guests, we require a 4 day minimum stay in the off-season and a Sunday to Sunday 7-day stay in the summer.On the north side of the duplex -- Unit 1 -- front and rear balconies provide water vistas from 4 of the 5 bedrooms with ocean vistas available from the 2 king rooms and waterway vistas from the 2 queen rooms. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking and the dining table and 2 bars provide seating for up to 14 with additional table seating for 4 on the oceanfront porch.
