Located just across from the beach access, it was constructed in 2017 and features a wide range of extravagant amenities that will leave you and your group with a lasting impression. Appreciate days calming by the private saltwater pool or on one of the multiple balconies, where you can soak up some sun and take in the gorgeous vistas. Every inch of this home has been thoughtfully designed with high-end finishes, such as granite countertops, bespoke tile floors, and two primary suites (one on each level) with their own full bathrooms. There is even an outdoor shower with both hot and cold water options for rinsing off after a day spent swimming or relaxing at the beach. The rare corner lot is also located steps away from the 30th Place West Dock, that's great for launching kayaks and includes a floating dock for fishing or crabbing!

This floor is complete by a half bath and multiple doorways that lead out to the top-level balconies — ideal for catching the striking Oak Island sunsets!

Heading downstairs to the lower level, you'll find the second primary suite with a plush king-size bed, huge flatscreen TV, and a door with direct access to the first-floor balcony! The ensuite bathroom has a massive tiled walk-in shower and dual vanity. Down the hall, the third bedroom features a double bed, a twin-size bed, and a flatscreen TV. We know you want to relax without stopping at the store when you get to the island. To get you started, we provide a welcome kit that includes trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, a dishwasher pod, a washing machine pod, dishwashing soap, hand soap at every sink, bath soap, and shampoo/conditioner.

As you will find when selecting dates on the calendar, there are minimum stay requirements based on the season. There is a 7 nighttime minimum with a mandatory Saturday to Saturday rental pattern in the peak summer months, and there is more flexibility in the slower seasons. • Go through the rental one final time and look for any damage. We advise inspecting the property with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the property manager is not available, take photographs of the property to record its condition at check-out.
• Leave feedback! Property owners rely on good reviews to propel more bookings. They'll be thankful for your feedback.
