You’ll appreciate a peaceful rural ambiance with the appeal of complimentary-roaming chickens, open skies, and a gentle pace of life—without the noise or bustle of a working farm.

This property is shared with two other tiny homes and one bigger 102 year old farmhouse—each available as separate short/midterm units. You’ll have your own private tiny home space, but you may see other guests appreciating the grounds as well. It’s a friendly, low-key environment where travelers from all over come to relax. The lot is roughly 1 acre where these homes are located.

About the Space

This tiny home (a little over 300 sq ft) isn’t brand new—and that’s part of its character. You’ll see a little weathering on the wood, hear a squeaky hinge here and there, and spot the signs of a well-adored space that’s been hosting happy guests for years. It’s clean, cozy, and thoughtfully maintained, but it’s not a shiny, just-constructed unit.

Inside, you’ll find:

A modest kitchenette with basic cookware, dishes, refrigerator and stove (no dishwasher)
A modest bathroom off the bedroom with shower/toilet
Bedroom with Queen Size Bed sleeping 2. There is no door between the bedroom and living room.
Window AC unit in the bedroom. Electric fireplace heat.
