The cleaning fee includes towels and linens for your stay; however, you will want to bring your own beach/pool towels. While we do provide some items to get you started, here are a few things to bring:

Getting the most from your vacation rental budget:

Book your rental as early as possible. Rental schedules generally become available 12 months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many families reserve their Summer rentals during Christmas and Thanksgiving gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.
Booking in the Spring or Fall is a great way to save on your vacation. Rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of suitable homes.
