On-site features include a pool and clubhouse for sun and fun closer to home.

The kitchen comes updated with a full suite of stainless steel appliances for simple home cooking and there's plenty of seating between the breakfast bar and adjacent dining table, each set for four. A plush leather sectional and new intelligent TV in the living room offer comfortable home entertainment while the cozy reading corner is the ideal spot to crack open a good book. All three bedrooms are also equipped with their own intelligent TVs for added convenience. Sip morning coffee or five o'clock beverages on the breezy private balcony. Home essentials include central air-conditioning, complimentary WiFi, and a private washer/dryer.
