The kitchen comes updated with a full suite of stainless steel appliances for painless home cooking and there's plenty of seating between the breakfast bar and adjacent dining table, each set for four. A plush leather sectional and new intelligent TV in the living room offer comfortable home entertainment while the cozy reading corner is the ideal spot to crack open a good book. All three bedrooms are also equipped with their own intelligent TVs for added convenience. Sip morning coffee or five o'clock beverages on the breezy private balcony. Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with loved ones at the beach.
• The sooner you can reserve a vacation rental, the easier your search will be. The most desirable rental homes are booked very early. Reserving your vacation property 6-12 months before your vacation is recommended. Winter holidays are excellent times to plan and book your rental property.
• Owners sometimes offer promotional rates for veterans and active duty military. Check with your property manager to see if special offers are available for your group before you book.
• Property managers often offer guests an option to add trip insurance.
