The cavernous kitchen with new granite countertops features an abundance of cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, a pantry and a laundry closet with washer and dryer. Kitchen amenities include a Keurig, toaster oven, blender, Neutra bullet, mixer, and tiny crockpot. The living room has plenty of seating for the family with a plush leather couch and loveseat set, as well as a Intelligent flat-screen TV offering cable and a DVD player.

Downstairs bedrooms include a sizable master suite with a king-size bed and private full bathroom, another room, ideal for kids with a bunk bed and trundle bed, and a third bedroom with a queen-size bed and vistas of the ocean. Also on this floor you will find a second full bathroom.

Upstairs are two additional bedrooms, one roomy with a queen and single bed, the other with a queen bed and a private balcony with handsome expansive ocean vistas. Note: all five bedrooms have a Intelligent TV.

Savor entertaining and the ocean vistas from the back deck or vistas of the ICW from the front porch. Public beach access is a very short 140 foot walk. Also at this property is an outdoor shower, gas grille and storage closet with plenty of beach accessories for the whole family. Brand new private heated pool! Home sleeps 12. Book your stay today!

PLEASE READ RULES / NOTES PRIOR TO BOOKING:

You must be at least 28 years old to book and if your group is not related, the average age of all adults (not including kids) must not be under 30 years old.

NO home events, prom events, weddings, rehearsal dinners, or any other events of any kind

NO Family Animals — if you bring an unauthorized pet you will be asked to leave immediately and no refund will be given.

NO Smoking inside or on/around the premise

NO fire pits or deep fryers allowed on premise

Please note the fireplace is decorative only (if applicable)

Please be aware that there are exterior security cameras located on the premises directed towards the parking area and/or entrances for added security and tranquility of mind.

Pool and/or Spa is private and unattended, so swim at your own risk. All kids must be supervised in the water at all time by an adult. No food, drinks, alcohol, glass, etc are allowed in or around the pool. Pools are serviced weekly. Please keep in mind that due to tropical nature of the island, it is not unusual to find unexpected debris and sand in the pool.

The pool is open year round. The heater typically keeps the pool water between 80-84 degrees April 1 - Oct 31 depending on outside air temperatures and weather. There is no additional cost to heat the pool, but we can not guarantee the pool water temperatures due to the dependency of the weather and air temperatures. Please keep in mind that the heater only runs when the pump runs and typically the pump does not run at nighttime due to timers.
*Please note, pools will NOT be heated November 1 - March 31, NO EXCEPTIONS*

In the peak season (Memorial Day - Labor Day), whole home linens and towels are part of the cleaning fee and are supplied in your reservation. All beds will be made up upon arrival with top and fitted sheets, pillow cases, and 1 set of towels will be included per person (1 set includes: 1 body towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 washcloth), and a kitchen towel.
**In the off-season (Labor Day - Memorial Day), linens and towels are NOT supplied in your reservation and are an optional additional fee of $200 at the time of booking. You can choose to bring your own linens and towels, or rent through a third event. (Last min. bookings: We need at least 24-hour notice in order to provide linens!)**

​​​​​​​We provide a basic starter pack of essentials for your first day including a roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, hand soap, a roll of paper towels in the kitchen, and a trash can liner per bin.

• Property managers sometimes offer special rates for veterans. Make sure to check with your property manager to see if special offers are available for your family.
• Booking websites frequently offer their guests an option to purchase vacation insurance. • Don't leave anything behind! Just before you drive away, take a walk through the rental property to reconfirm you've collected everything. Check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden items. Clean the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
• Inspect the rental a final time and keep an eye out for any damage. We suggest walking through with the host whenever possible. If the manager is not available, take pictures of the rental to record its condition.
