Located in a historic Wilmington home from the early 1900s, On the lower level, the level that is being rented, guests will find a excellent master bedroom connected to phenomenal sitting reading room and bathroom, a huge living room and dining area, and a completely-equipped kitchen with a striking patio sun room. Additionally, for your convenience, a washer and dryer are located in the pantry.
There's also a marvelous outdoor space for calming, dining, grilling and star watching equipped with a modest fire pit and plenty of outdoor seating.
We understand that family pets are an important part of the family, which is why we allow pets on a case-by-case basis. Please notify us in advance if you plan to bring your furry companion, and note that a non-returnable deposit of $100 per dog is required in cash upon arrival for short-term units. Thank you for choosing our home, and we look forward to making your stay memorable.
