The space
This freshly refreshed condo features fresh coastal modern decor throughout, intelligent TV's in each room and a completely supplied kitchen to make cooking a breeze. Sit on the private balcony and savor your morning coffee or evening drink while watching the waves wash over the sand. Make a splash in the community pool when you're ready for a break from the beach. Outdoor shower and picnic tables are shared by the Condo community for you and your guests to use as well.

Booking your rental home up to 12 months before your vacation is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to plan and book your rental.
• Summer is high season in Carolina Beach. Reserving a rental home in Spring or Fall is a good way to save money on your rental home. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of acceptable homes. Many vacationers use this strategy to reserve larger homes, or to book an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during the Summer months.
