Plenty of living space indoors and out. This brand-new home features a outfitted kitchen which seats 8. TVs in living room, Master bedroom and Bedroom 2. Outdoor charcoal grille, bicycles, beach chairs, beach towels, a wagon to help transport to and from the beach. A picnic table and swing in the shade. Fenced in backyard. Patios on front and back of home. Come relax and soak up the sun!!!
Guest will have full access to the home.
Access beach one block over to 20th street. Very simple walk.
