There is an elevator for simple access to the rooms. The Community Pool is available from Mid May - Mid September (dates are determined by the HOA). Enclosed, outside shower near the pool. 1 TV with Extended Cable, DVD player, and WiFi. Adjacent unit is also available for the extended family wanting to be together but in separate rooms!
