When making a reservation, you must be 25 to rent with us. We do not rent to locals. Airbnb guests must sign a Staybreeze rental agreement and also submit a copy of their Drivers License to Staybreeze. Staybreeze will cancel the reservation if you are under the age of 25 and or a local.

When to reserve a Wrightsville Beach rental & When to go:

  • Book your rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules usually become available a year in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many groups book their Summer rentals during holiday get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.
