The split bedroom configuration provides privacy and maximizes the space, The primary bedroom is furnished with a queen bed and is located next to the full bathroom. Parking: Assigned parking on site for 1 car in the driveway directly in front of the garage. There is one on-street parking pass available for a total of 2 parking spots. On-street parking is first come first serve. Garage is not supplied with rental.
Pet Policy: Family Animals Considered. Pets are negotiable with non-returnable fee and returnable security deposit. Owner Approval Required.
Prohibited: No Smoking, Mail and Packages are not able to be sent to the rental.

Property Security: For the security of our guests and the safety of our home, we have exterior security cameras located on the garage facing the front gate and one on the roof facing the front stairs for the upper unit.
