When to visit Carolina Beach & When to reserve a rental home:

  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months along the coast of NC. Booking a rental in the Spring or Fall is our favorite way to save money on your vacation rental. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of acceptable properties. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to book an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during the Summer. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Wrightsville Beach vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation near the ocean? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with family and friends at your favorite beach.
  • In the Wrightsville Beach area, The sooner you can reserve a vacation home, the easier your search will be. The most desirable vacation homes are reserved early. Booking your rental six to twelve months before your vacation is recommended. Winter holidays are excellent times to plan and reserve your vacation rental.
