Welcome to the Starfish Cottage; this exceptional 4BR/3BA home features 1,201 square feet of living space -- including a newly updated kitchen. LIVING AREA

Unwind in a bright, striking living area with vaulted ceilings and an open floor plan. Unwind with the family and watch a movie on the 50 flat-screen TV. Ocean vistas are available from nearly any window in the home.

KITCHEN & DINING

The freshly remodeled kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and is entirely supplied to accommodate all your favorite recipes.

Sit down for a special dinner at the dining table with seating for six or at the breakfast bar with seating for four.

BED & BATH

The home sleeps up to nine guests in four bedrooms (king, king, queen, full-size and twin). Each room is equipped with a flat-screen TV.

All bedrooms have access to a Jack-and-Jill bathroom. An additional full bath off the main living area provides added convenience.

OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES

Rock the day away on the huge front deck while appreciating the ocean breeze and beautiful vistas of Ocean Isle. The back porch is a combination of both a covered and uncovered area savor a drink or a light meal while admiring the ocean vistas.

Take advantage of the gas grille and cookout next to the unheated pool. Dine alfresco at the picnic table on the pool deck.

The backyard is fenced for privacy, and an outdoor shower is handy for rinsing off after fun-filled beach days.

Parking is available for four cars (two in the garage and two in the driveway). Street parking is not allowed.

The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

• Re-check every room of the rental property to make sure that you've packed everything on check-out day. Check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden treasure. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
• Inspect the property one final time and keep an eye out for damages to contents or the property itself. We suggest inspecting the property with the host whenever you can. If the host isn't available, ensure that you take video and pictures of the rental to record its condition.
• Did your group have a wonderful stay? Most rental websites make it easy for guests to provide reviews. If your rental property and/or property management company was wonderful, they would love to hear it.
