This updated, top-floor condo is located in gorgeous Caswell Beach, right across from the Oak Island Golf Course. When you aren't paying a visit to the Oak Island Lighthouse or the Yaupon Fishing Pier, simply sit back and take in marvelous sunrise and sunset vistas.

Inside Pelicans Penthouse, appreciate utilizing the well-appointed kitchen with its granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The adjacent living room presents a pleasant space to stream your favorite shows on the Roku Intelligent TV. Each of the condo's bedrooms is equipped with its own TV and remote-controlled ceiling fans. From the primary bedroom, savor ocean vistas and an en suite bathroom.

A focal point of the condo is the oceanfront balcony where you can sit any time of day and watch the waves crash, the dolphins play, and the seagulls fly. Additional exterior perks include a convenient ground-level storage closet with six beach chairs, two body boards, a skimmer-board, and two umbrellas. Sand toys and beach games for the kids are supplied in the closet, too. An outdoor shower and foot hose are available to wash off the sand after a fun day spent on the beach or in the community's pool.

Located on the beach, this condo is in Long Beach, a neighborhood in Oak Island. Smith Island Museum of History and Franklin Square Gallery are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Oak Island Golf Club and Founders Club at St. James Plantation. North Carolina Aquarium at Fort Fisher and Bald Head Island Information Center are also worth visiting.

Trip insurance, which costs 1% - 5% of the base booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed days as a result of medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as evacuation charges, such as an unanticipated hotel overnight or additional fuel expenses.
