An open layout features a full kitchen and an inviting living area with a intelligent TV - ideal for movie nights. Step out to the private deck and appreciate front-row ocean vistas. A gas grille and picnic table set the scene for cookouts at home, while a gas firepit invites comfortable fireside chats.

Spend the day splashing in the ocean or calming on the soft sand. Or walk to close by Middleton Park, where you’ll find a neighborhood playground, tennis courts, pickleball courts, a soccer field, and a picnic shelter. Southport is within a short drive, and Bald Head Island is a fast ferry ride away.
