  • Upon check-out, complete a final walk-through to confirm you did not forget any personal items. Make sure to check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden treasure. Clean the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Go through the property one final time and keep an eye out for any damage. We suggest inspecting the property with the property manager whenever possible. If the host isn't available, remember to take video of the property to record its condition at check-out.
  • Leave feedback! Hosts rely on good feedback to compel future reservations. They'll be thankful for your review. Alternatively, if something wasn't right, other vacationing families will appreciate that you share your feedback and help them have the best future vacation. Be fair with your review.
