Downstairs/SAND SHACK: offers a cavernous living, dining and completely equipped kitchen area, sunroom (full width of home), and 2 bedrooms (sleeps 5). Ground level entrance, with no steps. BRAND NEW one of kind epoxy floors, and brand new HVAC.

Oak Island Golf Club and Founders Club at St. James Plantation are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those looking for area attractions can visit Bald Head Island Information Center and North Carolina Maritime Museum at Southport.
