The master closet is locked and labeled "owners" but the closet in the second bedroom is available for items needed to be hung. In addition to the master closet, the hallway closet and the cabinet above the refrigerator are locked and labeled as well. Please do not attempt to open these. Any attempt and or damage to the locked areas will result in loss of security deposit. There is a washer/dryer in the hall bath behind a folding door. Laundry soap will be supplied for your convenience. You will need to provide your own beach chairs, or there are numerous rental options available. Please be mindful of sand and try to keep sand coming into the unit at a minimum. There is an outdoor shower for rinsing off chairs, beach toys, etc. Please also shake sand out of beach towels, blankets, etc. as sand will collect in the washing machine causing damage. Excessive amounts of sand left in the unit will result in added cleaning costs. No self tanners or hair dyes are allowed. They will stain the furnishings and linens. Come to A Place At The Beach and you won't want to leave! Welcome to 'A Place at the Beach'. A Luxury Oceanfront, Non-Smoking, 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo in Carolina Beach, North Carolina. You can smell the ocean air you are so close in this 3rd floor, direct oceanfront unit. The homeowners association does not allow family pets on site, sorry.The photos say it all but I will try to describe some of the best features. Highly charming location, property books quickly during peak season.This is a much sought after 3rd floor unit which makes it a highly beautiful location in a modern building. Please keep in mind there is no elevator in this complex. There are no units above you and you have a great view from the oceanfront balcony. Both the master bedroom and living room open to a handsome oceanfront deck with 3 colorful adirondack chairs. The condo has a central air conditioning system, beach style living room furnishings and a 50' flat screen TV. Complete with air conditioning, which is located on the roof. The unit was freshly refreshed with a complete new Master Bathroom and Guest Bathroom. The condo is generously decorated with fun beach touches throughout and is a fantastic place for a family vacation or a charming hideaway.This peaceful building has its own private salt water pool surrounded by palm trees. The pool features a fun colorful theme, lounge chairs, picnic tables and sun umbrellas. They try to open the pool around May 1st, but this is dependent upon the weather, please check with owners before your travels. The pool typically closes around October 31, also depending on weather. There are secure rinse-off showers on the ground floor and a coin operated laundry room for your use. Located within the condo are beach fold-up chairs, a cooler, some buckets and shovels, a body board and noodles for the kids; so there is no need to haul all that stuff on top of your car. The condominium is 1/2 mile north of the Boardwalk which features seasonal rides for the kids, many stores and eateries, fireworks on Thursday nights and Sunday movie nighttime at the lake. Just blocks from the condominium is the Marina with daily departures on fishing charters, sunset cruises, dinner cruises, and boat units.As a mark of quality 50% of our bookings are from repeat guests or referrals. The bedroom has aqueen bed with beautiful vistas of the ocean and access to the balcony. Theliving room and bedroom have TVs as well as the highest speed internetavailable from our local provider. Appreciate the fresh ocean air on the balconyoverlooking the North end of Carolina Beach. When entering the unit you will be met with a roomy living room space. Theliving room space offers a queen sleeper couch, Cable TV, and balcony sliderdoor. Off the living room, you are met with a kitchen. It is well equippedwith stainless steel appliances, a coffee maker and everything you need tomake a a meal. Between the living room and kitchen, will be a modest hallwaywhich leads to a bathroom with a washer and dryer in hallway closet. On theother bed of the hallway leads to the main bedroom. The bedroom has a canopyqueen bed for your sleeping arrangements, enormous window to appreciate the view andbalcony access. Equipped with additional bed storage, and walk in closet tounpack and make yourself at home. We supply linens for the queen bed in the bedroom and twin sleeper couch linensupon request. The deck is a great place to have coffee and watch the sunrise or maybe justcatch the surfers later in the day while sipping a margarita. You will have be able to savor the whole one bedroom condo to yourself with aprivate oceanfront balcony with access from the living room and bedroom! There are 2 parking passes supplied for the unit. There is additional overflow parking across the street around the Salmon Colored building labeled'Courtyard at Seascape'. The pool is also located across the street between the 'Courtyard at Seascape'buildings. They offer some pool loungers and tables. There is also a smallercharcoal community grille outside the pool gates for guest use. (Charcoal isnot supplied). Savor all the Seascape Complexes have to offer. This oceanfront properties direct beach access is closed due to beach erosion.In front of the condo you will see limited beach space. This is due to beacherosion. Beach Access is currently Sand Fiddler Street/Periwinkle Street or CarolinaBeach Pier on the left side when facing the pier from the street. The pool is located across the street in between the Courtyard at Seascapebuildings. There is also a charcoal grille outside the fenced in pool area forguest use. (You must provide your own charcoal.) There is overflow parking with valid parking passes across the street at anyCourtyard at Seascape property. Parking passes and pools key are left in the condo for guest use. Please make sure your parking pass is placed in your car immediately afterarrival to avoid towing. Walk over to the Carolina Beach Pier to enjoy year round food and drinks. Theydo occasional Holiday themed events ideal for all ages! Enjoy Freeman Park where you can drive your car onto the beach or camp outfor a nighttime! They are pet friendly year round and only a 2 min. drive away. Please bring your own beach gear, or we can recommend our favorite local vendors for units.The Neighborhood:The bungalow is close to everything. Mix of visitors and year round residents.Getting Around:- Free parking at the home-Walk, bicycle, public parking at beaches and in town-Bicycle and golf cart units are available on the island- let our Going Coastal team know if you need any recommendations. -Uber cars and taxi's are also availableOther Things to Note:We also supply the following for each property:A starter kit of one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, one roll of paper towels, a trash bag, and dish soap. We also supply laundered bed linens, comforters, and 1 bathing towel and wash cloth per person. We do not supply any beach gear or beach towel. We have great rental companies on the island we would be more than happy to share the info with you. We also do not supply laundry detergent, body soap or shampoo/conditioner as we find everybody has their own preferences for these =) Please review our home rules prior to your stayThere is a Beach re-nourishment done in Carolina and Kure beach every 3 years. This helps to keep our beaches safe from erosion. Please note that we have no control over this project and that it is normally concluded by May, but there is a possibility of delays.
