PLEASE READ RULES / NOTES PRIOR TO BOOKING:

You must be at least 28 years old to book and if your group is not related, the average age of all adults (not including kids) must not be under 30 years old.

NO home events, prom events, weddings, rehearsal dinners, or any other events of any kind

NO Animals — if you bring an unauthorized pet you will be asked to leave immediately and no refund will be given.

NO Smoking inside or on/around the premise

NO fire pits or deep fryers allowed on premise

Please note the fireplace is decorative only (if applicable)

Please be aware that there are exterior security cameras located on the premises directed towards the parking area and/or entrances for added security and tranquility of mind.

Pool and/or Spa is private and unattended, so swim at your own risk. All kids must be supervised in the water at all time by an adult. No food, drinks, alcohol, glass, etc are allowed in or around the pool. Pools are serviced weekly. Please keep in mind that due to tropical nature of the island, it is not unusual to find unexpected debris and sand in the pool.

The pool is open year round. The heater typically keeps the pool water between 80-84 degrees April 1 - Oct 31 depending on outside air temperatures and weather. There is no additional cost to heat the pool, but we can not guarantee the pool water temperatures due to the dependency of the weather and air temperatures. Please keep in mind that the heater only runs when the pump runs and typically the pump does not run at nighttime due to timers.
*Please note, pools will NOT be heated November 1 - March 31, NO EXCEPTIONS*

In the peak season (Memorial Day - Labor Day), whole home linens and towels are part of the cleaning fee and are supplied in your reservation. All beds will be made up upon arrival with top and fitted sheets, pillow cases, and 1 set of towels will be supplied per person (1 set includes: 1 body towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 washcloth), and a kitchen towel.
**In the off-season (Labor Day - Memorial Day), linens and towels are NOT included in your reservation and are an optional additional fee of $240 at the time of booking. You can choose to bring your own linens and towels, or rent through a third event. (Last min. bookings: We need at least 24-hour notice in order to provide linens!)**

​​​​​​​We provide a basic starter pack of essentials for your first day including a roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, hand soap, a roll of paper towels in the kitchen, and a trash can liner per bin.

• Book your rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules usually open twelve months in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many groups book their Summer rentals during holiday get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.
• Summer months are high season in the Wrightsville Beach area. To find the most suitable vacation home within your budget, we recommend reserving in the Fall or Spring shoulder seasons. You'll benefit from lower rates, better selection, warm weather and the absence of giant crowds at Wrightsville Beach restaurants, beaches, and activities.
• Some hosts offer discounts or promotional rates for veterans and active duty military. Remember to ask your host or property manager if special discounts are available for your family before you book.
• Property managers often offer customers an option to purchase vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which will generally cost between 1% - 5% of the base booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed trip time as a result of medical-related issues or weather, as well as evacuation costs or charges, such as an unanticipated hotel stay or additional gasoline expenses. Trip insurance might be a a life-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask the property owner for specifics.
• Look for your local visitors guide when you arrive at the rental property. If your rental home doesn't have a copy, you can find them at local grocery stores and visitor centers. In addition to great local information, visitor guide magazines have coupons for local tours, shops, and attractions.

• Don't forget to... Ask a local! Neighbors can typically help you find the best spots in town. Who better to ask where to take kids for a treat, have a great night out, or the best spots for fishing?
• When it's time to leave, complete a walk-through to confirm you didn't forget anything. Make sure to check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden belongings. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
• Go through the property a final time and scan for any damage. We suggest inspecting the property with the property manager whenever possible. If the property manager is not available, take photos of the property to record its condition at check-out.
• After your trip, leave feedback! Property managers rely on excellent feedback to compel future bookings. They'll be thankful for your review. Alternatively, if something wasn't right, other families will appreciate that you share your feedback find their best rental home. Please be objective. If something fell short of expectations, consider whether the manager could control the issue, and if so, whether they responded quickly to fix it.
