NEW TO Vacation Rental By Owner FOR 2024! Don’t be deterred by the lack of reviews, my property was managed by a local property management company until late 2023 and is brand new to Vacation Rental By Owner. I am a Super Host on another platform for another property I own, so be assured you are in good hands!

OIB is a very family-friendly destination and the playground on the island newly had updates/additions. The Summer Concert Series on Friday nights throughout the summer are a blast for the whole family. Come experience all that OIB has to offer.

• Just before checking out, take a final walk-through to confirm you did not forget anything. Re-check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden belongings. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
• Inspect the property a final time and keep an eye out for any damage. We suggest inspecting the property with the host whenever you can. If the manager is not available, remember to take video and pictures of the property to record its condition at check-out.
