  • 4 Bathrooms
  • Private vacation home

This charmingly decorated oceanfront bungalow offers a cavernous one-level floor plan, ideal for a multi-generational family vacation!

Unwind by the private oceanside pool (open from Easter - October) in a chaise lounge or put a rocker to good use on one of the covered porches. A huge open kitchen and dining area, five bedrooms (2K, 2Q, 2T), and 4 baths mean there is room for the whole family. An enclosed outside shower and a second refrigerator make beach living simple!

Embrace the warmth of southern 'Hobbspitality'! Appreciate a welcome set of starter amenities, including one roll of paper towels, trash bags, laundry and dishwasher pods, dish soap, and a sponge. All bathrooms include one roll of toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion, makeup wipes, and bar soap. Your beds are made with fresh linens and a lightweight blanket, so you can jump right into making memories rather than making beds! While we provide a lightweight blanket, we urge you to bring additional layers for your comfort. Please note that while top bunk beds, trundles, sleeper couches, futons, and daybeds will not be made, we will provide fresh linens for them.

This owner also provides beach and bath towel sets per occupancy (10) for your convenience. Each set includes a washcloth, hand towel, and bath and beach towel.

Absolutely no family pets nor smoking allowed on this property.

Rental home booking tips and tricks:

When to visit Holden Beach & When to reserve a Wrightsville Beach rental home:

  • Book your rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules often open twelve months in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many groups reserve their Summer vacations during Thanksgiving and Christmas gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • Summertime is the most expensive season in Holden Beach. Reserve your Wrightsville Beach rental in Spring or Fall to get the benefit of beautiful weather while saving money and avoiding crowds.
  • Property management companies sometimes offer rate reductions for veterans and active duty military. Make sure to check with your property manager to see if special offers are available for your group.
  • Management companies and individual rental owners usually offer guests an option to purchase trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which will generally cost between 1% - 5% of the booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed trip time as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unanticipated hotel stay or additional gas expenses. Trip insurance might be a a bank account-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your property manager for additional information.
  • Often, property management companies and vacation rental houses supply Wrightsville Beach area visitor guide magazines which will include money-saving deals, either offered directly by local businesses, or by way of a relationship between the rental management company and the business itself. You can also find Wrightsville Beach visitors guide and coupon books at local gas stations and shopping centers.

How to select the best rental in Holden Beach:

  • First, have your group choose the best dates and a max budget.
  • Decide how many beds and the configuration your family requires. Beautiful five bedroom, one-level home with a private pool right on the oceanfront! has 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.
  • Precise information regarding bedrooms and bed sizes & counts is generally accessible on booking pages. If you don't see them listed, email the host before you reserve the rental. Note that most property listings specify the maximum guest capacity, which typically includes pull out couches in living rooms. You'll need to work out which bed configuration is suitable for your vacation family.
  • Some rental properties allow pets, but others do not. Acceptable types of dog or cat, size and breeds may be restricted, and added costs may apply. Ask the property management company about allowable pet guidelines before booking.
  • Is your group looking for unique amenities? Most rental websites include search filters for amenities. Filtering by amenity will allow you to quickly find your ideal rental.
  • Appropriate accessibility can make or break a vacation for guests with disabilities. Remember to confirm all required amenities are included before reserving a rental

Advice for your stay:

  • Take a copy of the host's phone number and entry/exit procedures for your rental property. Store the manager's contact information in your smartphone and wallet.
  • Ask questions. You may need instructions for a fireplace, A/V setup or appliance. Contact your property manager. They are there to help! A brief telephone call prevents lots of difficulties.
  • Ensure you protect the property owner (and your things!) by keeping the rental locked up while you are gone, just like you would back home.
  • During check-in, record any issues with the property and immediately alert the owner. Record all correspondence in case a dispute arises.
  • Respecting late-night quiet hours and parking rules can make a stay significantly more pleasurable. You'll enhance your chance to make local friends, and resident neighbors are usually an incredible source for finding the best local attractions.
  • Don't forget to... Ask a local resident! Local residents can typically point you in the right direction. Who better to ask where to rent beach equipment, have a great night out, or the best spots for crabbing?
  • Don't leave anything behind! Before you drive away, take a walk through the rental property to reconfirm you've collected all personal items. Make sure to check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden treasure. Clean out the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Document the condition of the property at check-out. We recommend taking a video during your final walk-through.
  • Did your family have a wonderful vacation? Many rental home management companies make it easy for clients to provide reviews. If your property and/or property management company was great, they will likely appreciate your kind words. If anything was wrong and they failed to address it in a reasonable manner, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make it a point as part of your comments.
