The Space:
Stunning and modern 3 bedroom/2 bathroom home with fast and painless keyless entry. Opens up into a roomy living room area, offering high-speed WiFi, and featuring a 65in 4K intelligent TV, compatible with all the major streaming apps. Or kick back and appreciate some of our board games with family and friends!

All three of our bedrooms have a cozy queen sized bed with extravagant bamboo sheets. The master bedroom is very cavernous and includes a full size dresser. Also has a very enormous walk-in closet with bright lighting and plenty of space, no matter how long you stay! Master bathroom captures a sleek modern style with dual vanity and sinks, and a glass door walk-in shower with gorgeous tiling.

Guest bathroom has a shower/bathtub. Both bathrooms come outfitted with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, makeup towels and soft bath towels.

Wake up in the morning and enjoy a fresh cup of coffee with our Coffee & Tea Bar, offering standard drip coffee and a variety of single serve K-Cups, all supplied to satisfy your caffeine needs! (Various creamers & sugar options are available as well)

Our home has an open kitchen with pretty granite counter tops and is completely supplied with everything you need to prepare a delicious meal for the whole family! Also features brand new stainless steel appliances, such as a full size stove, oven, microwave, toaster and dishwasher.

Just a few steps from our property is Winnie's Tavern, a very well known local restaurant, famed for the best burgers in Wilmington! A quick walk down the block brings you to Dram Tree Tavern, the new local hangout of Sunset Park. Appreciate drinks, games and live music outside while you watch the sunset!
