Stay Requirements: Saturday to Saturday rental in summer. Minimum of two-nighttime stay in other seasons.
Linens Configuration: 1 King, 2 Queen, 1 Bunk (twin over twin). *Bunk beds are for kids only.
Parking: Carport parking for 2 cars. The driveway can accommodate 1-2 additional cars.
Pet Policy: No family pets allowed.
Prohibited: No Smoking, No Animals, Mail and Packages are not able to be sent to the rental.

Cancellation Policy: Full refund within 24 hours of booking, cancellations at 31+ days before check-in will receive a full refund after a $350 cancellation fee is deducted, cancellations at 15-30 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund of monies paid less a $350 cancellation fee and less than 15 days prior to arrival is not subject to a refund.  All policies are subject to possible additional refund based on re-rental, excluding non-returnable cancellation costs and travel insurance (if applicable).
