Feel pure heaven and the island lifestyle with fantastic vistas at Pier Haven. Located only steps to the white sands and crystal blue waters of Wrightsville Beach, this is the ideal getaway for creating lasting memories with family and friends.

Pier Haven consists of two identical levels (Unit A and B), each including three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Each level has newly been refreshed with a clean, modern design and has its own private entrance, kitchen, living space, and covered decks with exceptional ocean vistas, offering plenty of space for your group to spread out and savor all the amenities of home.

The home's ground floor includes premium beach parking, 6+ parking spaces (4 covered) with a parking area to accommodate a 30" boat with trailer. The huge private backyard includes plenty of space to Bar-B-Que or play beach games in the sand. The laundry room contains the washer and dryer, beach equipment, iron and ironing board, plus the utility sink. The enclosed outdoor shower is ideal for rinsing off after some fun in the sun.

The lower level (Unit B) welcomes you with an open floorplan including the living area with ocean vistas, sizable intelligent TV, new couch with chairs, and an electric color-changing fireplace. The completely outfitted kitchen offers a huge island with seating for six, all new appliances, and makes a great spot to gather while preparing meals after a fun filled day at the beach. Outside on the sizable, covered deck you can shoot the ocean breeze and appreciate meals together al fresco at the huge outdoor dining table. The two Queen bedrooms share a full bathroom off the hallway and include all new furnishings and beds, one of the Queen bedrooms also offers a cool portable workspace for those working remotely. The cavernous master suite offers a King bed, private full bathroom, peak vistas of the ocean.

The vistas from the upper-level deck and living space (Unit A) are spectacular! The enormous, glass windows and slider doors allow for magnificant vistas of the close by ocean and pier and invite plenty of natural light in creating a bright and airy ambiance under the cathedral ceiling. The living area includes all new furnishings and tasteful local décor, color changing fireplace, and a large intelligent TV. Step outside onto the covered deck to listen to the waves crash and watch the dolphins swim by or enjoy ocean view meals together at the large outdoor table. The upper-level kitchen is entirely supplied and includes a large kitchen island with seating for four (with additional stools to accommodate up to six), wine cooler, and ocean vistas. The first Queen bedroom includes access to the new oceanside deck and shares a hallway bathroom with the second Queen bedroom. The roomy master suite includes a King bed, private full bathroom, direct access to the oceanside deck, peek ocean vistas and a intelligent TV.

**Construction is scheduled to take place across the street Monday thru Saturday in the Summer season. This may impact noise levels in the vicinity during these times**

PLEASE BE ADVISED: There will be construction on site in the rear of the building, restricted to Monday thru Friday from 8:30am - 5:30pm. Work is expected to continue through April or May 2024. Work will not require access to the interior of the property.

Parking instructions:
driveway parking for up to 6 cars max. Any additional cars that do not fit at the property must park in paid public parking.

PROVIDED: WIFI, fully supplied kitchen, paper goods and ALL linens, including all linens + bath + beach towels to save you the hassle/cost of renting them separately ($200-300+ value)! When you arrive, beds will be made with crisp, fresh linens and complete sets of fluffy towels will be available.10 Beach chairs, beach towels, 1 Adult bicycle and 3 Kid bicycles, cooler, beach cart, 4 body boards, 1 stroller and beach accessories are also supplied for your enjoyment.

Sea Scape requires that all reservations have a signed rental agreement on file that will be emailed to you after booking. Once you've booked your stay, you will have 48 hrs. to complete the rental agreement to confirm your stay. Sea Scape reserves the right to cancel your booking if the rental agreement is not finished within 48hrs.
