Brezza Fresca w/ a private pool In Carolina Beach - Vacation rental home in Wilmington, NC

Summary:

Brezza Fresca is a single family home with private ????‍♂️ ! This home is roomy and ready for your family to appreciate! There are 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. Two bedrooms have king beds with ensuites and two have queen beds with a shared jack n jill bathroom all on the second floor. The living room, dining area and outdoor space, all on the main floor, boast plenty of space to relax and savor Pleasure Island!



The Space:

We also supply the following for each property: A starter kit of one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, one roll of paper towels, a trash bag, and dish soap. We also supply laundered bed linens, comforters, and 1 bathing towel and wash cloth per person. We do not supply any beach gear or beach towel. We have great rental companies on the island we would be more than happy to share the info with you. We also do not supply laundry detergent, body soap or shampoo/conditioner as we find everybody has their own preferences for these =) Please review our home rules prior to your stay



Other Things to Note:

- Centrally located to access all outdoor activities "Pleasure Island" has to offer fishing, boating, cycling, surfing, kayaking, and deep sea charters. Many striking eateries, eclectic drinking holes and coffee stores + Historic Ft. Fisher and the NC Aquarium. Check out Carolina Beach’s new mural project too! - Wilmington Airport and Downtown Wilmington less than 40 mins away. - Take the ferry to enjoy Southport for the day! There is a ring security camara, at the entrance of this property There is a Beach re-nourishment done in Carolina and Kure beach every 3 years. This helps to keep our beaches safe from erosion. Please note that we have no control over this project and that it is normally concluded by May, but there is a possibility of delays.
