Each bedroom and main living area features intelligent TVs so everybody can savor their favorite shows. The outdoor decks are furnished for relaxation, while the lower-level living area includes a foosball table that converts to a pool, hockey, and ping pong for added fun. We provide all linens and towels to help you pack light, and an elevator makes it simple for everybody to move around the home.

The kitchen is entirely equipped for your culinary needs, with two ovens, two full-size fridges/freezers, and two dishwashers, giving you ample space to prepare meals after a day at the beach.

- Please do not move or rearrange furnishings.
- No unauthorized events or gatherings are allowed.
- No jumping or diving from balconies allowed at any time.
- No leaning or climbing on the balcony railings.
- Guests are responsible for supervising kids and teens.


CANCELLATIONS & TRANSFERS: A guest may cancel a reservation and receive a full refund, excluding any credit card processing costs (a total of 4% of the total paid). Cancellation requests must be in writing (via e-mail or letter) clearly stating cancellation of the reservation at least ninety (90) days before the check-in date. Cancellation requests within ninety (90) days of check-in date for any or no reason (including the failure to pay the final payment due 90 days before the stay), including inclement weather, will not be eligible for a refund of any payments made to Oasis Vacations LLC. All cancellation requests shall be submitted in writing and are effective when received and confirmed by the Agent. All transfer requests shall be submitted in writing at least (90) days before the check-in date and are subject to approval.

How to get the best rental home value:

  • The earlier your group can book a rental home, the better your selection will be. The best vacation homes are booked early. Reserving your rental 6-12 months before your travel dates is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to plan and reserve your rental home.
  • To book the best rental home within budget, we recommend reserving in the Fall or Spring shoulder seasons. You'll benefit from lower rates, greater selection, warm weather and the absence of giant crowds at your favorite restaurants and activities.
