This is has a 3-bedroom, 2 bath home. One bedroom has 1 set of bunk beds (twin size); one bedroom has 2 full size beds, the master has a king bed. There is also a pull-out sleeper couch in living room.

There is a private rear yard which includes a shed with a deck in the front of it. Two tables & 6 chairs & additional chairs are in garage. There is a fire pit & charcoal grille for your use.
Guest access
The main home, garage & outside yard space are available. Locked owners closet & shed are not accessible to guests.

Centrally located to grocery stores (3 min), eateries and shopping at Mayfaire town center (7 min). Only 5 mins. from Ogden Park. You can pretty much travel any place in Wilmington within 15-25 min. drive.
