Oceanfront deck installed with "Trex" materials with deck furnishings. Energy-efficient plumbing system through entire home i.e., faucets, toilets, showerheads etc. Nightly units are available. Available for off-season monthly rental. New landscaping/driveway out front of the home with retaining wall, brick walkway alongside that leads to a professional outdoor gas grille and rear patio deck area.
