This home is pet-friendly and accepts up to four dogs, so your furry family members can appreciate the cavernous yard just as much as you do. All pet-friendly homes include a $175 fee that covers bringing up to one dog, and an additional $50 fee applies if you are bringing other dogs. Please note that dogs are the only family pets allowed.

The ground level offers a charcoal grille and covered picnic area, ideal for appreciating meals outdoors while feeling the invigorating ocean breeze. After a long day at the beach just across the street, rinse off in the outdoor shower, and take advantage of the beach gear supplied with your stay.

Inside, the open-concept living area welcomes you with vibrant coastal colors and thoughtfully designed furnishings. Patterned couches provide plenty of seating around the sizable T.V. and comfortable fireplace, creating a cozy space to relax together after a day in the sun. The kitchen is entirely equipped with all the essentials for home-cooked meals and features a handsome tiled backsplash. Bar seating for four makes it painless to gather while meals are prepared, and the adjacent dining table seats six.

Just off the kitchen, a convenient laundry closet includes a washer, dryer, an ironing board, and assorted infant equipment. WHAT IS PROVIDED?
Linens are supplied with your reservation and contain the following: flat and fitted bedsheets, pillowcases, bath towels, hand towels, and wash cloths.

MINIMUM STAY REQUIREMENTS
As you will find when selecting dates on the calendar, there are minimum stay requirements based on the season. There is a 7-nighttime minimum with a mandatory Saturday-to-Saturday rental pattern in the peak summer months, and there is more flexibility in the slower seasons.
