Located just steps away from the ocean in a peaceful area of the island, Barefootin' also offers 4.5 baths, 3-floor elevator, and a second sitting area with striking ocean vistas. Appreciate your own private swimming pool (open April through October) with a sundeck and hot tub (open year-round). Three oceanfront decks (two are covered) afford plenty of opportunities to relax and appreciate the spectacular scenery, while a covered front porch provides beautiful marsh vistas.

Savor flat-screen TVs in the living room and all bedrooms, Roku with Hulu streaming available from each TV, high-speed Plume mesh Wi-Fi routing, and Bluetooth wireless living room speakers. Other amenities include high-quality bed sets in all bedrooms, enclosed outside shower with both hot and cold water located near the pool area, outside shower on the boardwalk, park grille, wood and tile floor, grab bar in each third-floor bathroom, ceiling fans, games, and puzzles. A very well-outfitted kitchen makes for painless meal preparation and offers a huge pantry, crockpot, instant pot, electric griddle, French press, and much more. The dining area seats 12 (8 at the dining table and 4 at the adjacent island). Bring the entire family and make Barefootin' an annual tradition!

The home provides a residential passenger elevator to make loading and unloading a breeze! No need to tote groceries and bags up the stairs. Please read and follow all posted rules.
