There is a fourth full bathroom located in the hallway. All bedrooms have a streaming TV in the room.

The modernized gourmet kitchen is equipped with state of the art appliances and is ideal for preparing huge family dinners and seafood feasts! The living room is completely equipped with a 65' flat screen TV, HD digital cable, a DVD player, & family games!

A unique advantage of our beach home is that it is located closer to the ocean than the surrounding homes, providing superb vistas and max. privacy from neighboring homes. When you are calming on the backporch, neighboring homes/porches will be out of view. We have a roomy wrap-around porch overlooking the ocean with plenty of deck furnishings. Our porch leads out to a private boardwalk to the beach. Outside you will also find a hot/cold outdoor shower, hammock, grille, and plenty of parking underneath the home.

Holden Beach is part of a barrier island chain located along the southeastern coast of NC. With its pristine and relaxing white sand beaches, Holden Beach is one of the best rated, least busy, and most striking family beaches found anywhere. Holden Beach is still a well-kept secret, perhaps not for long though. National Geographic Intelligent Traveler magazine newly ranked Holden Beach among it's top 10 'Finest Family Beaches'. Additionally, AAA Beach Vacation Travel Journal freshly ranked H.B. one of their 'Top 30 Beaches'. H.B. is also a top rated beach by USA today and has received National Healthy Beach status by NHBC which prices beaches based on environmental qualities and services. H.B. offers a great alternative to the hordes and commercialism of close by Myrtle Beach.

There is plenty to do in Holden Beach! Concrete sidewalks which line Ocean Boulevard make visitors to Holden Beach feel safe while strolling, running, or cycling up and down the main street. There are plenty of local eateries, seafood markets, putt-putt, waterslides, bumper boats, go-karts, and shopping, all within a 2 mile radius. The close by jet ski units are fun and located on the intercostal waterway. H.B. also has some of the best fishing and boating on the East coast. For boaters, there are two close by marinas, offering painless access to the intercoastal waterway.
For golfers, there are 37 golf courses in Brunswick County, between ten to thirty mins. away.
H.B. is located just 40 mins. from the bright lights of Myrtle Beach, South Carolina and 40 mins. in the other direction from historic Wilmington, North Carolina!

Our top Vacation rental tips and tricks:

Get the most from your rental home budget:

  • The earlier you can book a rental home, the better your selection will be. The most desirable vacation homes are reserved very early. Reserving your rental property up to 12 months before your travel dates is recommended. Holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving are excellent times to plan and reserve your rental home.
  • Book your Wrightsville Beach rental home in the Spring or Fall to enjoy warm weather while saving money and avoiding crowds. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve a beach front vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the high season.
  • Hosts and Property managers sometimes offer discounts for veterans. Ask your host or property manager if special offers are available for your group before you book.
  • Property management companies often offer guests an option to obtain vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which will generally cost between 1% - 5% of the booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed vacation time as a result of personal medical-related catastrophes or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel stay or additional gas expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a welcome relief if the unforeseen happens. Ask your host for program terms and fees.
  • Many management companies supply Wrightsville Beach area visitors guide magazines which include coupons, either offered independently by local businesses, or through a relationship between the rental management company and the business itself. You can also find Wrightsville Beach visitors guide magazine and coupon books at local grocery stores, shopping centers, and visitor centers.

Finding the perfect vacation rental:

  • Select your dates and spending budget.
  • Determine how many beds and what type of bedroom configuration your group needs. Gorgeous oceanfront Beach Cottage. 4 BR\/4 Bath sleeps 8 all on a single level! has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
  • Precise information about bedrooms and bed sizes & counts is commonly available on booking pages. If you don't see them listed, contact the property management company before booking the vacation home. Note that most properties list the max. guest capacity, which usually includes sofa beds in living rooms.
  • If your family is bringing pets, you must book a pet-friendly vacation rental. Get specifics on breed, weight, and type restrictions. Be aware that some property managers charge additional pet fees.
  • Does your group require specific amenities? Most websites include search filters with amenity lists.
  • Appropriate accessibility amenities can make or ruin a vacation for those with limited mobility. Confirm all required amenities are available before booking

Advice for a fantastic stay:

  • Add the owner's contact information to your phone. Take a copy of arrival/departure procedures.
  • Ask questions. You may want instructions for a garage door opener, stereo or coffee maker. Contact your host. They are there to help! A brief text message can prevent lots of difficulties.
  • Ensure you protect the rental owner (and your stuff!) by locking the rental when you are out, just like you would back home.
  • To make certain that damages aren't linked to your family's visit, inspect the rental for any problem areas when you arrive. text the rental manager right away to relay any issues. If there is a dispute about legal responsibility later, having a record of problems and contact attempts will be valuable.
  • Be respectful. Often, surrounding homes are filled by local residents. Respecting quiet hours and parking policies can make a stay significantly more pleasurable.
  • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local! Locals can typically help you find exactly what you're looking for. Who better to ask where to spend a rainy day, have a great night out, or the best spots for BBQ?
  • Re-check the rental property to confirm that you've packed everything at departure. Make sure to check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden items. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Go through the rental one final time and look for damages to contents or the property itself. We recommend inspecting the property with the host whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the property manager isn't available, ensure that you take photos of the property to record its condition at check-out.
  • Did your group have a great time? Many vacation rental websites make it easy for vacationers to provide comments. If your property and/or property management company was great, they always love to hear your praise. If anything was imperfect and they failed to fix it in a reasonable manner, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make a note as part of your review.

Victory Beach Vacations

Visitors who are on the hunt for the postcard-perfect vacation rental in the heart of the Carolina Beach or Kure Beach area will find an enticing selection and plenty of friendly customer service when they rent through Victory Beach Vacations. Based in Carolina Beach in the coastal Cape Fear region, Victory Beach Vacations has more than 100 vacation rentals in all shapes and sizes to ensure that every vacationing family can find their dream home away from home on the beach.   When you book your Cape Fear getaway with Victory Beach Vacations, the fun doesn’t end when you leave the beach, it continues with an array of privately-owned properties outfitted with all of the amenities needed for a fabulous beach vacation.   Jenna Lanier, General Manager, explains that her family first opened the rental and property management business in 2002. At the forefront of Victory Beach operations is Lanier’s mother, Caroline Meeks. Meeks is both the Broker in Charge and co-owner with husband, Buck Meeks, who manages the Field Services team with Lanier’s husband, Scott.   For nearly 20 years, the Victory Beach team has worked tirelessly to establish a network of top-of-the-line rental properties for Cape Fear visitors to enjoy. “As far as our properties go,” explains Lanier, “they are all updated, well-furnished and appointed. “We have always performed post-cleaning inspections and since the pandemic, have put freshly laundered duvets over all of the comforters between rentals.”   Lanier emphasizes how important the guests experience is “we strive to give our guests a relaxing, stress free, memorable vacation.” This emphasis on customer service has led to Victory Beach Vacations having a 4.8 Google rating with over 300 reviews by happy owners and guests. In addition to Victory Beach’s superior sanitation practices, the company offers properties for every type of visitor. Choose from luxury oceanfront houses and condos to more reasonbly priced 2nd row properties with oceanviews. Many properties include pools and hot tubs as well, perfect for outdoor entertaining, and many are dog friendly.   Lanier also notes that all properties are within walking or driving distance to Pleasure Island’s main attractions – Carolina Beach and Kure Beach. The former, as described by Lanier, is the more commercialized of the two destinations and features a boardwalk, outdoor dining options and a plethora of weekly activities including fireworks, live music, amusement park pop-ups, and movies under the stars. Kure Beach offers a more residential feel with its fishing pier, intimate restaurants and family favorite, North Carolina Aquarium at Fort Fisher.More water fun awaits, too. “There is a harbor and a canal that feed into the intercoastal. We have several properties on the harbor so guests can bring their boat, kayak, [or jet ski] and travel between islands,” says Lanier.   A stay with Victory Beach Vacations is an annual pilgrimage for most. “A large percentage of guests are previous guests. Some even reserve the same property for the next year as they’re checking out,” Lanier says. “It’s almost like it’s their personal vacation home.”   Even before guests arrive at their vacation destination, the Victory Beach Vacations’ website greets them with a live beach cam and exquisite aerial footage of both Carolina and Kure Beaches.
