Heels in the Sand is a handsome single-family home, new to the rental market located in Ocean Isle Beach. Constructed in 2021, this handsome home has all the updates and amenities ideal for your next opulent beach vacation!



With a reverse and open floorplan, this home accepts family and friends to all gather together in the living room, kitchen and dining room located on the top floor. Surrounded by windows, this level has an abundance of natural light. The living room has plenty of seating centered around the massive flat-screen Intelligent TV with constructed-in shelves on either side. The kitchen is gorgeously decorated and has quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, two dishwashers, and a drip coffee maker. The dining room seats 6 at the table and 4 around the kitchen island. Also on this floor are two full bathrooms and two bedrooms- one with a King bed and one with a Queen.



Take the stairs or elevator down one floor and you will find a second living room equipped with another sizeable sectional couch, enormous flat-screen Intelligent TV and wet bar with a sink and mini refrigerator. There are three additional bedrooms located on this level with full bathrooms- two with a Queen bed and one which has two bunk beds with trundles, for a total of six twin beds & ideal for the kids! Also on this floor you will find a half bathroom as well as the laundry room.



Again, take either the stairs or elevator down to the ground floor where you will find the garage and a side door where you can step outside to the backyard and find your private tropical getaway! Complete with palm trees, a shining blue pool and hot tub/spa, a tiki bar with bar stools around a wet bar and a flat-screen Intelligent TV, there`s also plenty of lounge chairs, rocking chairs and an outdoor sectional to soak up the sunshine. Additionally, there`s an outdoor shower, a gas grille and an abundance of pool floats and toys, as well as beach chairs for use.

**Please be aware that there is an exterior security camera located on the premises directed towards parking area and/or entrances for added security and tranquility of mind.**



In the peak season (Memorial Day - Labor Day), we provide all bed linens, 1 set of towels per person (1 set includes 1 body towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 wash cloth), and a kitchen towel. *In the off-season, linens and towels are an optional fee of $250 at the time of booking.* We provide a basic starter pack of essentials for your first day including a roll of toilet paper in each restroom, hand soap, a roll of paper towels, and a trash can liner. (Last min. bookings: We need at least 24hr notice in order to provide linens).

Your cleaning fee does include whole home linen and towel rental fee. Linen and towel service includes top and fitted sheets per bed, pillow cases, and 1 set of towels will be included per person (1 set includes: 1 body towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 washcloth), and a kitchen towel.



**(Last min. bookings: We need at least 24-hour notice in order to provide linens).



We highly recommend trip insurance and will not give any refunds for weather related trip interruptions or cancellations as well as any other situations that may cause you not be able to travel or use the property.



Due to homeowner severe allergies, some homes may not allow service or support animals. You must disclose and get permission for any service and or support animals PRIOR to booking.



While you paid a cleaning fee, if you leave the home excessively dirty and don’t follow check out procedures, an additional cleaning charge may apply that you will be responsible for paying.



Supplied in your reservation is a security deposit insurance policy that can cover you for accidental damages to the home or contents, however all damages may not be covered and if denied, you will be liable / responsible for paying any damages in their entirety.



You must be at least 26 years old to book and if your group is not related, the average age of all adults (not including kids) must be 26 years old or older. We do not allow people to book for other people, the person who makes and pays for the reservation must also stay in the home.



Sorry, NO home events, prom events, weddings, rehearsal dinners, or any other events of any kind.



NO Smoking inside or on/around the premise (you will be charged a $500 fee if this rule is broken).



NO charcoal grilles, fire pits, or deep fryers are allowed on premise.
