The Space:

Welcome to Shell of a Dream, your broad oceanfront sanctuary spanning over 4,000 square feet of luxury living. The heart of the home features a gourmet kitchen equipped with a gas range and dual fridges, ideal for preparing family feasts. You will find two cavernous living rooms, each featuring 70 inch 4K TVs for movie nights. The property includes six private bedrooms, each serving as an en suite sanctuary for ultimate comfort. The oceanfront primary suite stands out with its own private balcony offering pretty vistas. Outdoors, savor your private heated swimming pool and a patio area designed for relaxation. Every bedroom is thoughtfully arranged: the main floor features a primary king suite, a bedroom with a queen bed and couch bed, and a bunk room. The top floor offers a king bedroom and a queen suite with a couch bed, while the bottom floor includes an additional queen suite with a couch bed. Please note that while pillows and blankets are supplied, guests are responsible for bringing their own sheets and towels.



Guest Access:

Welcome to your private oceanfront getaway. As our guest, you have full and exclusive access to the entire six bedroom villa, including the roomy living areas, the gourmet kitchen, and all six and a half bathrooms. You will appreciate complete privacy in a gated community, with your own private heated swimming pool and a patio ideal for soaking in the vistas. The home features dual living rooms for calming, and each of the six bedrooms is a private en suite sanctuary. You also have access to the garage and all included amenities, including the Bar-B-Que grille and laundry facilities. Please note that while pillows and blankets are included for your comfort, you will need to bring your own sheets and towels or arrange for a rental prior to your arrival.



Other Things to Note:

Pillows and blankets are supplied, but towels and sheets are not. Guests must bring their own or pre-order from a local vendor. A list of recommended linen rental providers will be shared after booking confirmation.
