Notoriously known as the "Cummings-Taylor House", it sits on a cobblestone paved-road and consists of three roomy, private/separate apartments. It has been completely (yet meticulously) modernized & decorated to preserve its rich history + aesthetic.

• June, July, and August are the most expensive months in Wilmington. Booking in Fall or Spring is our best tip for saving money on your vacation rental. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of desirable homes. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to reserve a beach front vacation rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during the high season. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Wrightsville Beach vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation near the ocean? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with loved ones at your favorite beach.
