Great birding site - herons, egrets, ospreys, kingfishers, oystercatchers, and seagulls. We often see dolphins up close, and fishermen adore our area!Your own private dock with 24 hour deepwater access, plenty of water toys including kayak, stand-up paddleboard. Personal powerboat is available for a supplemental fee, and can be waiting at your private dock from our friends at close by Entropy Boat Units. The home features a NEW 40 foot dock, which provides power outlet and filtered freshwater supply for boating convenience. We even provide crabpots for those inclined to catch Carolina blue crab and the occasional stone crab. Very good site for casting right off our dock. This property provides the convenience of proximity to the beach, as well as UNC Wilmington, and shopping.The spaceThe Wilmington/Wrightsville Beach area is special for its proximity to both outdoor activities, and historical sites. Our townhouse is the ideal place to base yourself out of for such adventures.Our bungalow has the necessities that will make you feel at home. With the 65" intelligent TV with 5.1 surround sound-bar, you can sign into your own subscription services (Netflix, etc.) to watch your movies. We provide 50+mbps wifi, huge brand new washer and dryer, and a full kitchen. The front porch is fenced in for your family pets. The master bedroom has a 58” Roku TV with sound-bar, a King size bed, a walk-in closet and dresser. The second bedroom upstairs also has a walk-in closet and two single beds that can be placed together to create a king size bed. It also has a comfortable swing chair to relax in. There’s a third bedroom downstairs adjacent to the main room with a twin bed that can pull out to a King if needed. It also has a 46” TV with Roku. All bedrooms have their own full bathroom. The front porch has a hose-connected outdoor shower to rinse, picnic table and umbrella, and a gas grille for evening BBQ. The kitchen has been freshly remodeled with all butcher-block countertops.
