Welcome to "The Regency!" You will be living the "sweet life" on this modern, impeccably constructed and designed houseboat that offers all the amenities of home, including two living spaces, a gourmet kitchen, two beds, two baths, designer furnishings, and a deck to savor the sunsets on the Cape Fear River. Close to everything! Savor an onsite restaurant and entertainment pier, where concerts and festivals are held. Stroll the Riverwalk for spectacular vistas, shopping, eateries, and entertainment.

Guests will have access to the entire houseboat. There is a locked owner's closet for our storage, but you'll have access to the rest of the home.

This vacation home is located in Wilmington Historic District, a neighborhood in Wilmington. Battleship North Carolina and Live Oak Bank Pavilion are cultural highlights, and some of the area's landmarks include Brooklyn Arts Center at St. Andrews and City Stage Theatre. When to visit Wilmington & When to book:

  • The earlier you can book a vacation rental, the better your selection will be. The best rental properties are booked early.
