About this Property

4 bedrooms / 3.5 bath home with bunk-room . Home sleeps 10 - 12 agreeably. It is the ideal location for get togethers for family and friends. The upper level open kitchen, living, dining area is brilliant , warm and welcoming. An upper level outdoor space stretches across full front of home and has multiple rocking chairs and dining area. The home has partial sea vistas and is only a brief walk to the beach. Includes of home: upper level has master suite with king size bed, tv, attached bath, enormous walk in closet, accessible outdoor space entry; 3 additional bedrooms on this level: two with queen size beds and one with 2 twin beds. There is a full hall bath for these three bedrooms to share as well as a half bath. On the lower ground level floor there is a generous open room with two sets of bunk beds, couch, tv, and game table. There is a full bathroom on this lower level. The outdoor shower is also on this level. The home has wood floors everywhere. Additional includes: 3 TVs, internet, 3 four - passenger golf carts, 5 bicycles plus youth bicycle, well supplied kitchen, beach toys, kayaks ( 2 single and 1 double), bogie boards, poker table. Pet affable. Bald Head Island Club temporary membership available for additional fee.
This year about 70% of our summer units are from repeat visitors. Since they rent directly through us, they can not write Vacation Rental By Owner reviews but we are delighted to have them back.
During off season home is available for two nighttime stay. However during a holiday week or weekend, the minimum stay is three nights.
