On the first level, you will adore the cavernous open-concept living room/dining room/kitchen areas, complete with impressive vistas of the glistening Atlantic Ocean, and a real wood-burning fireplace! The modern kitchen is well equipped, and complete with 2 new stainless steal fridges, over the range microwave, flat top stove & wine cooler. You will appreciate the refreshed cabinets, countertops and lighting throughout. You will savor the convenience of the wet bar just off the kitchen. The sizable dining table has enough space for everybody to come together for family-style meals or playing games, all while making sweet memories! Bedroom #4 is complete with 2 Queen beds, TV, ceiling fan, balcony access with oceanside view and private bath with a tub/shower combo. Bedroom #5 is complete with a King bed, TV, oceanside view and shared bath with a walk-in shower. Swimming pools are open each year from April 15 thru October 15. Pool heating is not available for this home. Pools are cleaned prior to arrival, and also cleaned mid-stay for 7 nighttime units.
