At the end of your stay, PLEASE PLACE ALL USED LINENS BACK IN THE LINEN BAG AND LEAVE IT OUTSIDE OF YOUR DOOR FOR PICK UP. The linen package is supplied with every reservation and is not optional. Please note that paper and soap products are not supplied and should be brought by guests.. Outside, the property continues to impress with its four decks, each offering cozy seating, including a Widows Watch deck with impressive vistas of the ocean and the island. You’ll appreciate the private pool, ideal for cooling off after a day at the beach, and the outdoor tiki bar, complete with a sink and seating for up to eight people. The pool can be heated for an additional charge (Off-Season Only) , and poolside furnishings provides plenty of space to lounge.

A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining 50% balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
In the event of cancellation, refunds will only be issued if the property is re-rented for the same dates and rental rate. If re-rented, all payments will be refunded, less a our administrative and convenience fee.
If the property is not re-rented, all payments are forfeited.
This cancellation policy supersedes Vacation Rental By Owner’s platform settings and applies to all reservations booked through Williamson Realty Vacations.
